Thanksgiving Day is a Ancient festival ,which founded by the American. It’s also a family-together day. The day are uncertain at first , 1941 the U.S. Congress claimed the fourth Thursday are Thanksgiving day in December every year. The holiday last the Thursday to Sunday. In 1957, the Canadian Parliament claimed the second Monday are Thanksgiving day in October every year. The Egypt, Greece and so on countries have their distinct Thanksgiving Day.

The Thanksgiving Day need dates back the begin of America history. The famous “May Flower” took 102 Puritan who were forced by the Britain domestic religion to America in 1620.They met the big problem, which they cant imagine in the winter between 1620 and 1621.They only left about 50 people because the famine and cold weather.

Luckily, Some Native American sent some necessities to them, even they will teach them how to hunter, plant, fish and so on. With the Native American’s help, the immigrant got good harvest. Then, they have a great fun time after that. This is a Thanksgiving Day of history.

The family will gather together in this day, all family member are will sit to the table. The turkey are the main feast today. While we will thanks for our family and friends in China.
